Job summary

Caesarstone US is seeking a Distribution Center Manager to oversee warehouse operations, safety, DOT compliance, logistics and inventory control. You will lead, train and motivate the DC staff, manage the P&L, and drive continuous improvement in productivity and cost efficiency.

Requirements include 5+ years of management in transportation, 2+ years with material handling systems, inventory controls, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook. Must live within 30 miles of the DC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in inbound/outbound transportation.
• 2+ years experience with material handling systems.
• Demonstrable experience in inventory control systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures.
• Must live within 30 miles of Distribution Center.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach and motivate team members.
• Maintain a safe work environment per safety standards.
• Resolve and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor inbound/outbound material flow.
• Schedule DC team members.
• Manage P&L for DC and identify cost savings.
• Provide training to maintain an efficient workforce.
• Communicate across management, departments and sales teams.
• Liaise with customer service and other units.
