Job summary

Worldpac, Inc. is seeking a DC Operations Lead to direct multiple warehouse functions within our distribution center in the United States. The role involves supervising receiving, stocking, order filling, delivery, and inventory control while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will lead a team, train personnel, and maintain a positive work environment. Strong English communication and proficiency with MS Office and AS/400 are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Proficient in basic math.
• Knowledge of AS/400 and all aspects of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs team members across DC functions including receiving, stocking, order filling, delivery and inventory control.
• Train and oversee personnel within department and provide work guidance for team members.
• Maintain a productive, positive environment between team members, managers and vendors.
• Achieve assigned performance goals set by management.
• Safely operate all powered equipment within the Distribution Center.
• Communicate and support management initiatives and coordinate department leaders.
