111 Cambria Company LLC is seeking a Distribution Center Manager to profitably lead the receipt, storage, and transfer of slabs and tile at the Distribution Center. You will ensure smooth flow to customers, uphold safety and record-keeping, and drive regional sales growth with a focus on quality metrics.

The role requires supervising daily DC operations, optimizing inventory accuracy, and coordinating with District Managers and Market Representatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in warehouse/operations.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Closely manage the day-to-day operations of the Distribution Center.
• Build relationships with business partners and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recommend and initiate changes to improve overall customer service.
• Communicate with Operations Managers regarding DC initiatives.
