Job summary

adidas is seeking a Senior Associate, DC Operations in Indianapolis, IN. The role coordinates workflow in the distribution center and performs essential warehouse duties under supervision, including selecting, packing, scanning, and loading products to meet volume and quality goals.

The position requires proficiency with WMS, RF scanning, basic math, and strong communication. Evening shift hours w/ pay differential, with full-time employment and benefits described in the offer package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Process all barcoded products using WMS and RF scanners.
• Operate hand and power equipment for material handling.
• Operate machines such as bagging or inflation equipment.
• Identify and communicate exceptions to leadership.
• Follow all SOPs and record production for tasks.
• Train and coach new hires as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues to determine root cause and improvements.
