Job summary

adidas is seeking a Lead, DC Operations to supervise a Sunday–Tuesday shift (5:30am–5:30pm) in a fast-paced distribution center in the United States. The role focuses on labor allocation, SOP adherence, coaching, safety, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years related distribution experience and/or training.
• Required to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teammates for current and future roles.
• Develop and share best practices to improve processes.
