Job summary

You will work with department supervisors to monitor workflows, use RF Guns and WMS tools, ensure SOPs are followed while mentoring teammates to improve performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years related distribution experience and/or training.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Experience leading a team of hourly associates (up to 50).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 50 hourly associates and collaborate with supervisors.
• Use RF Guns and Kiosks to update WMS transactions and LM logs.
• Train, coach, and mentor associates for goals and service levels.
• Identify safety concerns and maintain a safe working environment.
• Develop best practices and share insights to improve processes.
