Job summary

Adidas is seeking a Control Room Supervisor to lead the Distribution Center’s control room operations, driving productivity, quality, and service targets in a fast-moving ecommerce environment.

You will manage and develop control room associates, leverage SAP, WMS, and Power BI for insights, and collaborate with senior management to remove bottlenecks and improve safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related industry experience.
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills.
• Experience operating in high-volume ecommerce operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Distribution Center functional area to meet productivity, quality and service targets.
• Train, manage and develop Control Room associates.
• Maintain knowledge of WCS/WMS and supporting platforms.
• Analyze operations data using SAP, Excel, WMS and Power BI to identify trends.
• Troubleshoot and escalate operational issues to senior management as needed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on special requests and operational impacts.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and report incidents.
