Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods in Topeka, KS is seeking a DC Operations Lead to support distribution center activities and customer-facing operations. This lead-level role emphasizes autonomy, cross-functional influence, and improving efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across the supply chain.

You will work with DC management and hourly teams on receiving, inventory, shipping, and logistics, coordinating with Sales, Customer Service, and Carriers to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment and strong service.

Qualifications

• High school degree.
• Distribution center shop floor experience.
• System administration experience with ERP, WMS, and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments, schedule and liaise with logistics.
• Manage inventory, track CHEP pallets, and handle holds/rotation.
• Oversee inbound scheduling and DRP-related transfers.
• Maintain system accuracy, update reports, and resolve bridge errors.
• Direct daily warehouse tasks with Supervisors and coordinate productivity.
