Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods is seeking a DC Operations Lead to support distribution center operations across outbound, inbound, and inventory control. The role emphasizes autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring accurate systems and timely communications across the supply chain.

Responsibilities include leading daily warehouse tasks, coordinating with Supervisors, and ensuring the efficient execution of DC activities across shifts, with potential overtime during peaks.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Experience on a distribution center shop floor.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and productivity tools (MS/Google Suites).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch outbound shipments and coordinate with logistics.
• Manage inventory controls, tracking, holds, and dispositions.
• Coordinate inbound scheduling and receiving, transfers, and DRP leads.
• Maintain system accuracy and real-time updates in YMS and Dock systems.
• Direct daily warehouse tasks and coordinate work assignments across teams.
