Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate the receiving and storage of finished goods in our distribution center. The role requires forklift experience, 3+ years in warehousing, and strong leadership with the ability to guide a team.

The position involves coordinating carrier deliveries, assisting with truck loading, and implementing process improvements while maintaining safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years warehouse experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Basic PC skills required.
• Position will require basic math.
• Excellent oral communication skills and leadership ability.
• Experience supervising other employees preferred (not required).
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates the receiving and storing of finished goods.
• Contacts carrier representative to arrange and issue instructions for delivery of materials.
• Assists shipping employees with loading of trucks as needed.
• Implements changes to processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
• Maintains an organized and clean work area.
• Assists in the raw materials warehouse as needed.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Regular attendance and punctuality required due to working with people, items and equipment at the facility.
