Sephora’s Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN seeks a Shift Coordinator to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and security. You will assign tasks, monitor progress, and operate WMS systems, balancing inventory and supporting cross-shift communication.

The role requires a college degree or relevant experience, plus proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook. Starting pay is competitive with potential shift differential and a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar systems.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assign tasks to associates to meet work goals.
• Monitor progress against standards and coordinate daily goals.
• Train associates per procedures and promote proper safety practices.
• Communicate goals and update team on action plans.
• Ensure adherence to Loss Prevention policies and OSHA safety rules.
