Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Area Supervisor in Dallas to lead an hourly distribution team and drive safe, efficient, and productive operations in a fast-paced DC environment.

You will hire, evaluate, and develop hourly staff, and hold them to performance standards while aligning with the store and DC goals. This role involves coaching, monitoring metrics, and ensuring accurate handling of merchandise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and ability to relocate as needed.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; a high school diploma or GED is acceptable with experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead an hourly team and influence the distribution center's performance.
• Hire, evaluate, develop, discipline, and terminate hourly associates.
• Ensure prompt, efficient, and accurate merchandise handling and implement team goals.
• Manage 20 to 30 hourly associates and align operations with the business plan.
• Monitor safety, productivity, and quality while coaching associates.
