CoreWeave is seeking a Business Systems Manager to own execution, coordination, governance, and outcomes for Data Center Operations tools across CoreWeave’s portfolio. You will be the primary interface between DC Operations and IT, ensuring alignment and governance for DC Ops platforms such as DCIM, ITSM/Jira, Project Controls, CMMS, and asset management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business systems, IT analysis, or technical program management, with 3+ years in data center environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience defining requirements and implementing DCIM, CMMS, or ITSM/Jira platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of business systems initiatives across Data Center Operations.
• Serve as the liaison between DC Ops and IT, Systems Engineering, and Enterprise Applications.
• Define workflows, data models, and standardized processes for DC Operations.
• Oversee DCIM, ITSM/Jira, and Project Controls tool implementations.
• Drive change management, training, and adoption for production systems.
