CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Operations Program Manager in New York to lead critical programs that enhance scalability and reliability of our infrastructure. This role includes managing the DC Ops roadmap, resolving logistical bottlenecks, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience within technical program management, especially in data center operations and must be fluent in project management tools like Asana and Jira.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program/project management experience in complex technical environments.
• Proven experience managing multiple, simultaneous, cross-functional programs.
• Experience in providing executive-level program status updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of mission-critical programs ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Own the DC Ops roadmap and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Drive tactical execution by resolving critical bottlenecks in hardware logistics.
