Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an adaptable warehouse team member to maintain inventory integrity and ensure product availability across the distribution center. You will handle inbound/outbound tasks, research discrepancies, and support training for new hires, all while following safety rules and contributing to a clean, organized work environment.

Qualified candidates have basic computer skills, can read alphanumeric data quickly, and work well with others.

Qualifications

• Must complete and pass company-standardized test.
• Must be able to work closely and well with others.
• Must be able to read and match numerical and alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Experience in warehouse environment is desirable.
• Alphanumeric stocking or RF directed stocking experience is desirable.
• Familiar with automotive parts is desirable.
• Advanced computer skills are desirable.
• High school diploma or GED is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory integrity and availability across the distribution center.
• Research inventory discrepancies and follow safety rules.
• Operate safely and support training for new team members on DC procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by DC Management.
