Responsibilities include following safety rules, assisting inbound/outbound operations, researching discrepancies, and training newer team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Must pass company-standardized test.
• Ability to work closely with others.
• Must be able to read and match numerical and alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Alphanumeric stocking or RF stocking experience.
• Familiar with automotive parts.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory integrity and ensure product availability across the distribution center.
• Perform tasks designated by DC leadership across inbound, outbound, and quality assurance areas.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, including spill cleanup.
• Observe and follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Potentially serve as trainer; lead DC target training program and ensure documentation is complete.
