Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks team members to maintain inventory integrity and assist in inbound/outbound and QA tasks. You will ensure accurate stocking, follow safety rules, and support the DC leadership in training and process improvements.

Experience in warehouse settings and basic computer skills are preferred. Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are valued and contributing to a safe work environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and pass company tests.
• Able to work closely with others and communicate effectively.
• Able to read and match numbers and letters quickly and accurately.
• Spanish language abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory integrity and availability across the distribution center.
• Assist inbound/outbound, QA, and other DC tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Train new team members and help implement the DC training program.
