Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Distribution Center associate to maintain inventory integrity and improve efficiency within the DC. The role involves performing order adjustments, monitoring allocation issues, transfers, and audits, plus cycle counts and relabel/changeover tasks.

Ideal candidates have basic computer skills, strong communication, and the ability to read numbers quickly. High school diploma or GED is preferred; multilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and strong communication are required.
• Ability to read and match numerical and alphabetical characters quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform order adjustments (repicks).
• Monitor, research, and resolve allocation issues in the Orders program.
• Perform inventory transfers and adjustments as needed.
• Audit outbound parcels and inbound license plates daily and verify results.
• Perform daily cycle counts of select items and monthly inventory of critical items.
• All other duties as assigned.
