Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking candidates to maintain inventory integrity and availability within the distribution center. You will handle inbound/outbound tasks, research discrepancies, and keep areas clean while following safety rules.

Some team members may become trainers to run the DC training program and guide newcomers. Qualified applicants typically have basic computer skills, can pass a standard test, and work well with others.

Qualifications

• Must complete and pass company-standardized test.
• Must be able to read and match numerical and alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be able to work closely and well with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of tasks to maintain inventory integrity and availability in the distribution center.
• Research inventory discrepancies.
• Keep work areas neat and clean, including spill cleanup.
• Observe all safety rules and regulations.
• Trainers may be designated to run the DC target training program and train new team members.
• All other duties as assigned by DC Management.
