Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is hiring for a warehouse associate in Washington. The role involves unloading merchandise, checking counts against delivery docs, stocking products, and maintaining safety standards. You will receive, stock, and manage various shipments and store items in appropriate locations.

Use of powered equipment for tall storage and participation in training programs is expected. Basic computer skills and ability to work well in a team are required; Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Must pass a company-standardized test.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alphabetical characters quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Unload merchandise from trailers, containers and trucks while maintaining safety standards.
• Match skid or box counts to Proof of Delivery docs and note discrepancies.
• Place skids near the dock and document Vendor Compliance issues.
• Receive, stock, store returns, and handle shipments from vendors and carriers.
• Store product in storage locations from floor level to 72 inches or use equipment to reach higher.
