Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an experienced distribution center material handler to support inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions operations. You will process and move merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety standards.

You will operate RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking systems, handle hazardous materials per policy, and participate in training within assigned areas as needed.

• Maintain safe work environment while handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and processes.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.
• Ability to support training of team members when assigned.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documents with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound/outbound shipments, returns, acquisitions and vendor returns per policy.
• Operate WMS, RF scanners, voice-picking systems, and related warehouse tech.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and resolving discrepancies.
• Load/unload trailers and route trucks while protecting against damage.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all tasks.
