Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and upkeep in a complex distribution center environment in the United States. You will partner with the Maintenance Manager to set strategies, manage a team, and ensure safe, cost-effective operation.

Key duties include coaching associates, enforcing safety policies, supervising repairs, and analyzing maintenance data to improve equipment and processes. 5–20% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience; 3 years preferred.
• Leadership experience 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, trains, and develops associates; provides feedback and evaluation.
• Ensures culture of safety by following policies and inspecting operations.
• Oversees facility maintenance, repair and installation of equipment; reviews contractor bids.
• Reviews maintenance, production and quality control reports to optimize activities.
