Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business or Supply Chain preferred.
• 5 years in a distribution environment preferred.
• Experience managing conveyor systems, Material Handling Equipment and electrical PLC controls.
• Flexibility to relocate; able to work weekends/holidays; willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operational excellence in all warehouse areas, including WMS operations and equipment.
• Oversees facility repair, maintenance and equipment installation; reviews contractor bids and ensures safety/quality.
• Reviews maintenance and quality reports to plan cost-effective improvements.
• Promotes a culture of safety and ensures compliance with safety standards.
• Coaches and develops Associates; ensures certification and a safe, union-free workplace.
