Job summary

World Market in Windsor, VA is seeking an IT Operations Technician to support daily warehouse IT operations, WMS applications, RF devices, and printer systems across stores, distribution centers and corporate networks.

You will document processes, test improvements, manage vendor escalations, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations. Strong AD/M365/SharePoint knowledge and scripting ability are pluses.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience troubleshooting RF/handheld devices, printers, and network in a warehouse.
• Experience supporting end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Knowledge of AD/365/Azure/Intune/SharePoint administration.
• Ability to document SOPs and troubleshooting guides.
• SQL experience to run queries and analyze data.
• Experience with MDM/RMM platforms for multiple endpoints.
• Ability to script automation with PowerShell, Python or Bash.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse IT operations including WMS apps, desktops, RF, labeling, and printing.
• Collaborate to document, test, and implement process improvements to reduce downtime.
• Assist with vendor escalations and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.
• Provide Level I and II support for incidents across stores, DCs, and corporate.
• Manage enterprise devices across locations and lead imaging/rollout projects.
• Monitor connectivity, network performance, and system integrations; partner with network engineering.
• Administer MDM/RMM for Android, iOS, Windows; enforce security and patches.
