Job summary

Total Transportation & Distribution/Westset Logistics, Inc in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor (AM) to lead helpers, laborers and movers. You will plan schedules, monitor operations, and ensure safety and quality in daily inbound and warehouse activities.

The role requires a high school diploma plus 2 years’ experience; associate degree preferred. Proficiency in Excel and strong communication are essential in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent with at least 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Associate degree or some college business courses preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with workers and managers to solve work-related problems.
• Review work during and after completion to ensure quality.
• Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staffing.
• Resolve personnel issues with manager or HR as needed.
• Monitor productivity and identify areas for cost reduction and improvements.
• Assist in determining staffing needs, hire and train new employees.
• Report inbound status, damages, shortages/overages, and discrepancies at receiving.
