Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an HR professional to execute location-based HR plans and programs, interpret company policies and laws, and work across EEO/AAP, Staffing, Compensation/Benefits, Training, Organizational Development, and Employee Relations. This role may involve project work and reports to the Human Resources Manager.

Key duties include resolving associate relations issues, guiding benefits enrollment, analyzing HR data for trends, and supporting HRIS training and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve general Associate Relations issues including investigations and fact finding.
• Identify breaches of culture/values and provide policy guidance.
• Assist in the enrollment process of employee benefits programs.
• Analyze HR reports to identify opportunities/trends and propose actions.
• Support HRIS training and transaction support.
• Assist HRM in delivering training.
• Assist in the selection of leadership positions.
