Job summary

Exol is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily shipping, receiving, dock, yard, and value-added operations at our Jackson, GA distribution center. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while developing frontline leaders and coordinating with automation and technology teams.

Reporting to the Warehouse General Manager, you will manage KPIs such as OEE and inventory accuracy, oversee labor planning and cost control, and ensure excellent customer service across multi-client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years in warehouse or distribution center leadership; automation experience preferred.
• Strong background in safety, labor management, operational metrics.
• Experience in customer-facing operations in multi-client environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shipping, receiving, dock, yard, and value-added operations.
• Manage carrier relationships and transportation performance.
• Foster a safe, compliant, and accountable workplace culture.
• Oversee labor planning, scheduling, productivity, and cost control.
• Drive operational performance across key metrics including OEE and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Technology, and Maintenance teams to optimize automation workflows.
• Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors and frontline leaders.
• Provide KPI reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
