Job summary

URBN is seeking a Flow Coordinator to oversee replenishment in the Raymore distribution center. The role requires coordinating between departments to proactively resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and compliance. Training and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older to meet job requirements.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
• Familiarity with Outlook email system.
• Able to maintain good attendance and work overtime when needed.
• Able to understand and follow work instructions to meet productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 21-Day Planner and report progress at start, bi-hourly, and end of shift.
• Set daily shift goals and labor plans to keep channels within SLA.
• Plan each shift with top priorities and known obstacles identified.
• Complete SLA-related reporting and monitor IB freight performance.
• Automate and maintain workflow across areas and report aged products.
• Update weekly labor planning and provide accurate end-of-day numbers.
• Interact with management and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure safety training and provide required tools and equipment to staff.
• Inspect work quality and address employee needs with the Flow Manager.
• Ensure policy compliance and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
