Job summary

URBN is seeking a Flow Coordinator for its Gap, PA distribution center. You will oversee replenishment fulfillment, act as a liaison across departments, and help resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and strong communication skills. The shift runs Wednesday through Saturday, 6:00am to 4:30pm, with safety training and access to URBN's comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Overtime may be required as needed.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee replenishment fulfillment in the distribution center.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain shift plans and ensure SLA adherence.
• Provide end-of-shift reporting and plan for the next day.
