Job summary

URBN is seeking a Product Flow Specialist in Washington, DC to support back-of-house operations from receipt to placement and replenishment, while maintaining all product flow policies and procedures. You will help drive sales, key metrics, profitability, and loss prevention while collaborating with leadership to ensure efficient product movement.

The role emphasizes leadership in product flow, inventory accuracy, and adherence to safety standards to minimize loss and maximize store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store operations and product flow processes.
• Ability to adapt to flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead product flow process, including shipment receipt, processing, security tagging, and preparing product for the floor.
• Oversee back of house standards and manage receiving, stock, and supply areas.
• Uphold safety, inventory accuracy, and company policies to support profitability.
• Share updates with leadership and coordinate restock and back-of-house organization.
• Set an efficient pace to maintain product flow standards.
