Job summary

Pelthos Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for Washington, DC to lead launch efforts and drive demand in targeted specialty physician offices.

The TM will deliver compliant product information, build relationships with physicians and office staff, and develop territory business plans. Travel five days a week, working with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives and represent the company professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3+ years of successful biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel within assigned geography including some overnight travel.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare professionals in-person and in groups to deliver compliant product information.
• Execute approved marketing strategies and develop territory business plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, office staff, and key stakeholders.
• Develop knowledge of disease states, treatment guidelines, market dynamics, and competitor landscape.
• Create and refine a territory business plan to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
• Deliver presentations and speaker programs aligned with corporate messaging.
• Provide tailored solutions and a personalized experience based on account needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and strategic goals.
• Represent the company with professionalism and ethical conduct.
• Maintain full field coverage with travel five days per week.
