Job summary

Pelthos Therapeutics, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Territory Manager to support the launch and ongoing promotion of its approved product in targeted specialty physician offices within the defined geography.

The TM will lead territory planning, deliver compliant product information, build relationships with physicians and staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve sales objectives while traveling five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of successful biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Dermatology, Pediatrics or startup experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel within assigned geography including meetings, training events and programs, as necessary (some overnight travel will be required).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to manage a territory.
• Customer Engagement: Proven ability to engage with healthcare professionals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Innovative Sales Strategies: Experience in developing and implementing innovative sales strategies in a highly specialized market.
• Clinical Acumen: Exceptional ability to understand and communicate cutting-edge scientific research and clinical data.
• Business Acumen: Proficiency in data analysis and the use of analytics to drive sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Engage targeted healthcare professionals through in-person visits and group meetings.
• Execute marketing strategies and territory business planning to meet sales objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, office staff, and stakeholders.
• Develop knowledge of disease states and treatment guidelines to position products.
• Deliver presentations and programs aligned with company messaging and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
• Travel within territory and provide in-person coverage five days weekly.
