Job summary

Pelthos Therapeutics is seeking a Territory Manager for the Washington, D.C. region to drive the launch, promotion, and demand for its product in targeted specialty physician offices.

The TM will execute strategic territory plans, engage healthcare professionals, and build long-term relationships to achieve sales objectives. The role requires 3+ years in biotech/pharma sales, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to five days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 3+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Dermatology, Pediatrics or startup experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage targeted healthcare professionals through consistent in-person interactions to deliver product information.
• Execute company-approved marketing strategies and territory business planning to drive sales objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, office staff, and stakeholders.
• Develop knowledge of disease states, treatment guidelines, and competitor landscape.
• Develop a territory business plan focusing on opportunities, access challenges, and performance.
• Deliver engaging presentations and promotional programs aligned with messaging and compliance.
• Provide tailored solutions and a personalized customer experience.
• Work cross-functionally with internal and field-based teams to meet customer needs.
• Represent the company with professionalism and ethics.
• Maintain full field coverage with five days per week in-person engagement.
