Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in asset protection or security preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple stores and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of protection standards and shrink reduction initiatives across stores.
• Lead internal and external theft investigations and coordinate with law enforcement.
• Coach, hire and develop AP staff and coordinate with HR and store leadership.
