Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Georgia's Ellabell location seeks a DC Area Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of Distribution Center Associates. You will ensure shipping/receiving, storage, and shipping of merchandise align with policy and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years' experience leading in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Management/leadership experience in a supply chain distribution center.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Warehouse Management Systems experience preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Bi-lingual a plus.
