Job summary

Aon is seeking a Sales Executive for its 401(k) Pooled Employer Plan team in the Northeast region. The role focuses on creating demand, driving go‑to‑market strategy, and building a personal prospect pipeline across assigned markets.

You will collaborate with DC Leadership, integrate with internal teams, and travel regularly to develop markets and close opportunities. Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of DC sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct or equivalent sales experience in the defined contribution market.
• Established network of contacts in the DC industry.
• Ability to create a personal pipeline of non-Aon clients in your territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual Aon PEP sales goals.
• Establish and coordinate sales strategy across markets.
• Identify opportunities with existing and non-Aon clients.
• Collaborate with regional sales leaders to move leads to opportunities.
• Build and maintain the Aon PEP prospect pipeline and reports.
• Introduce lead generation resources in the selling process.
