Boston Scientific Neuromodulation is seeking a field-based Sales professional to drive revenue and support clinicians in complex DBS cases. You will cultivate a customer base, build relationships with neurosurgeons and healthcare teams, and master implantable device technology and hospital processes.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales or a clinical setting, a Bachelor’s degree, and up to 40% travel. Base pay starts around $65,000 with variable incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in sales and/or clinical role or equivalent education/experience.

Responsabilités

• Support existing Sales team to drive revenue and achieve territory objectives.
• Cultivate customers, prospect for new business, and position our products against competitors.
• Develop clinical acumen to support Neurosurgical and Neurology patient appointments.
• Build relationships with neurosurgeons, clinicians, technicians, nurses and patients.
• Understand hospital buying processes and collaborate with Sales leadership and Health Education & Reimbursement.
