The Addison Group is seeking a Compliance Manager in Houston, TX to lead DBRA wage and hour compliance for project payrolls and audits.

You will review certified payrolls, track wage determinations, prepare reports for senior management, and coordinate with legal teams to address findings and implement corrective actions.

This direct-hire, onsite role offers a 100k+ salary DOE, M-F 8-5, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan, with flexible accommodations as needed.

Qualifications

• Review certified payrolls for DBRA compliance.
• Identify and address discrepancies in payroll data.
• Monitor wage determinations and reporting requirements.

Responsabilités

• Review and analyze construction contracts for proper DBRA application.
• Verify contractor adherence to DBRA wage determinations and reporting.
• Track and report project labor standards per federal/state rules.
• Collect and review payrolls and contractor/subcontractor docs.
• Perform data entry/analysis to find non-compliance and gaps.
• Prepare/s submit compliance status reports to management.
• Conduct routine payroll audits for DBRA compliance.
• Investigate potential DBRA violations (underpayment, misclassification).
• Collaborate with legal to address findings and corrective actions.
• Liaise with contractors, PMs, and regulators on issues.
• Provide guidance/training on DBRA regs to teams.
• Maintain records of reviews, audits, and DBRA activities.
• Ensure records comply with all DBRA-related guidelines.
• Assist in reports/documentation for government audits.
• Stay informed on DBRA changes and wage laws; update processes.
