Job summary

Empyreal Logistics seeks a seasoned Branch Manager to lead the Dayton Branch, coaching transportation and processing teams and driving growth. You will oversee operations, safety, staffing, and performance to build a lasting legacy.

The role requires 50–55 hours weekly, a bachelor’s level or equivalent background, and strong leadership with a focus on client service and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 50–55 hours per week as needed.
• Armored car or transportation experience is desirable.
• College education or Military experience is desirable.
• Exceptional problem-solving and management skills are required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
• A positive attitude and ability to be a positive member of a team is required
• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Ability to work under pressure dictated by event schedules and project timetables.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret written and verbal instructions and reports.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and being accountable for operational performance, including achievement of exceptional service, quality, financial and staff performance goals.
• Ensure safety and security of facility, liability, equipment and personnel.
• Assist in oversight of human, material, and financial resources at the branch
• Assist in hiring, establishing performance goals, training and development and performance reviews.
• Analyze and interpret performance data for use in decision making and process improvement efforts.
• Anticipate and proactively prepare for issues and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Model an open-door policy and encourage discussion of differing opinions.
• Encourage exceptional client service and teach how to achieve it.
