Job summary

Hy-Vee, Inc. is hiring a Day Stocker for our Mission, KS store. This part-time position supports stocking, shelf organization, and customer assistance to ensure a clean, inviting shopping experience.

You'll unload trucks, rotate stock, assist customers, and cooperate with store teams. High school diploma or equivalent is required; training is provided.

This role requires physical stamina to lift and stand, with common duties across shifts and opportunities to learn and grow within Hy-Vee.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Up to six months of similar or related work experience preferred.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find items.
• Unload trucks and stock shelves.
• Monitor shelf freshness and rotate stock.
• Operate the register when needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Train new day stockers as needed.
