Job summary

Hy-Vee Inc. is seeking a Stocker to support the Grocery department. You will unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate product, assist customers, and maintain store appearance throughout shifts.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, team collaboration, and accuracy in shelf presentation. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with up to six months of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced store environment.
• Ability to lift and move stock, stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them locate items.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate product and ensure freshness.
• Monitor for out-of-stocks and mis-picks and report issues.
• Operate the register for customer purchases as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock.
• Train new stockers as needed.
