Job summary

Endeavor Health's Registered Nurse Triage team in Chicago invites you to join our outpatient headache clinic. As a Triage RN, you will assess caller needs, provide education, and coordinate timely care with empathy and clinical judgment.

You will perform phone triage, patient education, CGM placement, insurance pre-authorization, referrals, and maintain exam rooms and supplies in a fast-paced environment. Full-time, 40 hours/week with Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM office hours; Downtown Chicago

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers.
• BSN preferred.
• Self-starter, able to handle periods of high stress.
• Prolonged periods of standing/walking/sitting/bending/reaching/climbing and repetitive use of hands.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
• Able to effectively communicate in English, both written & verbal.

Responsibilities

• Triage nursing duties via phone and clinic care with active listening and assessment.
• Educate patients and coordinate referrals, pre-authorizations, and CGM placement.
• Maintain exam rooms, stock supplies, and manage patient needs under supervision.
