Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL, is seeking a part-time RN Triage – OBGYN to join our patient-centered care team. The role is 24 hours per week, typically Mon-Wed-Fri 8:30-5:00, at 1220 Hobson Road.

You will review voicemails, perform nurse-led triage via phone/MyChart, and direct patients to appropriate care per protocol. You will also conduct nursing assessments, document vital signs in the EMR, and coordinate follow-ups with providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of telephone triage experience preferred.
• RN licensure in Illinois (IDFPR) required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Review patient voicemails and triage via telephone or MyChart per protocol.
• Conduct nursing-based telephone assessments and provide instructions to patients/caregivers.
• Escalate high-risk cases to emergency departments when needed.
• Arrange appropriate follow-up with physicians for non-emergency cases.
• Assist with immunizations and in-office procedures as needed.
