Job summary

Endeavor Health in Chicago is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) for our Outpatient Headache Clinic. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) at our 1460 N Halsted Street location with office hours 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Primary travel to Downtown Chicago; secondary location Glenbrook North, infrequent.

You will perform phone triage, education, CGM placement, and coordinate authorizations and referrals. Required IL RN license and CPR; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers.
• Office RN and BSNpreferred.
• Self-starter, able to handle periods of high stress.
• Prolonged periods of standing/walking/sitting/bending/reaching/climbing and repetitive use of hands.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
• Able to effectively communicate in English, both written & verbal.

Responsibilities

• Phone triage and patient education with CGM placement and referrals, including insurance pre-authorization and exam-room readiness.
