Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Outpatient Headache Clinic for the Downtown Chicago area. The RN Triage role involves telephone-based patient care, triage, education, and coordination of CGM placement, testing, and referrals.

The position requires current Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification, with BSN preferred. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional travel to a secondary location in Glenbrook North.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers.
• BSN preferred.
• Self-starter capable of handling high-stress periods.
• Ability to stand/walk/sit/bend/reach/climb and use hands repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Phone triage, patient education and CGM placement, testing, insurance pre-authorization and referrals.
• Manage patient needs with acute and preventive interventions and maintain patient relationships.
