Job summary

Nudy’s Cafés is seeking a Restaurant Manager for full operations leadership during the daytime. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring a great guest experience while leading the front and back of house teams effectively.

This position offers a $55,000 base salary plus a $5,000 performance bonus, along with company-paid health and dental benefits. Experience in high-volume dining environments is preferred.

The Role: What You’ll Do

As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the Nudy’s experience every day.

Lead the Restaurant Experience

• Be present in the dining room during peak hours
• Create a welcoming, engaging environment for every guest
• Ensure service is warm, attentive, and efficient

Oversee the Full Operation

• You are the manager on duty, responsible for the entire restaurant
• Guide both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams
• Ensure smooth, coordinated execution from kitchen to dining room

Drive Service & Performance

• Maintain our 30‑minute guest experience standard
• Support strong pacing, communication, and teamwork
• Ensure food is prepared and delivered efficiently and accurately

Develop and Support Your Team

• Lead daily pre‑shift meetings and communication
• Coach, guide, and support team members
• Provide clear expectations and consistent follow‑through
• Address performance issues with professionalism and care

Maintain Food Safety & Cleanliness Standards

• Complete daily line checks and temperature logs
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met
• Keep the restaurant guest‑ready at all times

Support Daily Business Operations

• Assist with inventory and product management
• Handle cash reconciliation and daily reporting
• Coordinate staffing flow, breaks, and shift execution

Schedule

• 6:30 AM – approximately 4:30 PM
• Daytime‑only — no nights
• 5‑day work week
• Weekends and holidays required

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience
• Experience working in both dining room and kitchen environments

Compensation

• $55,000 base salary
• $5,000 bonus potential

Locations

We operate throughout the Main Line and surrounding suburbs. Managers are assigned a primary location, with occasional support across nearby restaurants.
