HomeGrown, part of Thrive Restaurant Group, is a daytime eatery in Northwest Arkansas seeking a Line Cook to join the Kitchen Team. Youll handle prep work, cook stations, and ensure our recipes and presentation meet our high standards.

You will learn about all kitchen departments, work in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a consistently delicious guest experience with a focus on teamwork and kindness.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
• Able to place plates, utensils, pans and cases on shelves.
• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to follow recipes exactly as written.
• Able to work fast, safe and accurate for long shifts.
• Attention to detail and teamwork in a high-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and specifications.
• Complete all assigned prep work following recipes exactly.
• Set up workstation before shift.
• Maintain sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
• Clean and sanitize the work area during and after shifts.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects.
