Job summary

HomeGrown, part of Thrive Restaurant Group, is seeking a Line Cook (Kitchen Team Member) for a daytime, high-volume kitchen. You will handle prep, maintain recipe standards, and work across kitchen stations as needed to ensure fast, safe, and high-quality servings.

We emphasize kindness, teamwork, and personal development, with shifts ending by 3:30 pm and full-time benefits including health, vision, dental, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to follow recipes exactly as written.
• Strong teamwork and communication in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Able to work fast, safe, and accurately for long shifts.
• Willingness to help with dishes and other stations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to HomeGrown recipes and specs (60%).
• Complete all prep work following recipes exactly as written (15%).
• Set up workstation (5%).
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times (10%).
• Clean and sanitize work area before, during and after shift (5%).
• Complete assigned daily/weekly cleaning projects (5%).
