HomeGrown in Springdale, Arkansas, part of Thrive Restaurant Group, is seeking a Line Cook (Kitchen Team Member). You’ll be responsible for prep work and your cook’s station, maintaining high standards for presentation, quality, and timing.

You will learn recipes and cross-train across kitchen roles in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Our daytime eatery emphasizes kindness, teamwork, and community, with a schedule that allows finishing by 3:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to follow recipes exactly as written.
• Attention to detail in a high-pressure kitchen.
• Ability to work fast, safe, and efficiently for long hours.
• Willingness to help with dishes and other stations as needed.
• Capable of using knives and food prep equipment.
• Mobility required throughout the shift; heavy lifting up to 50 lb.

Responsabilités

• Prepare menu items according to HomeGrown's recipes and specifications.
• Complete all prep work, following recipes exactly as written.
• Set up workstation and organize tools.
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
• Clean and sanitize the work area before, during and after shift.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects.
