Job summary

HomeGrown in Rogers, AR is seeking a Line Cook (Kitchen Team Member) to support a daytime breakfast/brunch service. You’ll handle assigned prep work, cook station duties, and maintain high standards for product presentation and quality.

The role emphasizes teamwork, kindness, and efficient service in a scratch-kitchen environment. You will learn recipes, execute cooking times, and work across kitchen departments as needed, with a finish around 3:30 pm daily and opportunities to grow within

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to follow recipes exactly as written.
• Ability to work fast, safe, efficient, and accurately for periods of up to 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to HomeGrown recipes and plate specifications.
• Complete all assigned prep work and maintain cleanliness of workstation.
• Set up workstation and maintain sanitary practices throughout shift.
• Assist other stations as needed and support team during peak periods.
• Fill daily/weekly cleaning tasks and ensure food safety standards.
